Louise, a 26-year Air Force veteran, was initially referred to AWP by USA Cares after seeking support to obtain an Alpha-Stim device. She had already reached out to another veteran-serving organization (VSO) for help, but was told she did not meet the eligibility requirements for assistance. Determined to find a solution, her Network advocate, Elizabeth, continued exploring options and identified an alternative path forward.
