One of the most important parts of the outreach we do at Permian Warrior Partnership is that we are educating veterans, their families, and their caregivers around the Permian Basin about who we are and what we can do for them. By bridging the information gap, we can reach the underserved and isolated veterans in our communities, and though they may not need us when they first meet us, they’ll know we’re around when life happens.
Permian Warrior Partnership met Billy at his local VA, where he sat in on presentation about who Permian Warrior Partnership is and what we do. We handed out our business cards and flyers after the presentation with more information to the attendees to take home.

Ever wondered what $10 could do? It can save the lives of veterans like the one you're reading about in this story. Donate $10 a month and help us reach veterans before a crisis occurs. Together, we can do better. Our veterans deserve better.
Three months later, Billy called Breanna, PWP's case coordinator, and said that he is seeking information on how to utilize his dental benefits and that he was 100% service connected. He also wanted to see about enrolling his wife with Civilian Health and Medical Program of the Department of Veterans Affairs (CHAMPVA). PWP was able to get him connected with a Texas Veterans Commission (TVC) Healthcare advisor who was able to help with both of their medical requests. TVC was able to reach out to Billy and his wife shortly after getting connected and got him a dentist appointment set up!
Thanks to our strong community ties and a shared mission, we were able to improve the quality of life for another veteran family. Together, we can do better.
