For months, Case Coordinator Neely walked side-by-side with this veteran, guiding her through each step needed to begin and complete her VA claim process. After years of struggling, barely getting by, and carrying the weight of financial uncertainty, she finally felt supported, heard, and understood.

Through Neely’s continued encouragement and connection to the right resources, the veteran was introduced to a skilled Veteran Service Officer (VSO). Together, they successfully submitted her claim resulting in five years of back pay she had long been entitled to but never received. 

This life-changing outcome allowed her to regain her footing. For the first time in years, she was able to provide her family with the stability, comfort, and opportunities she had always dreamed of giving them. With her newfound financial security, she is now in the process of purchasing a home, a milestone she once thought was out of reach.
