Murph is a workout that stands as a testament to the enduring legacy of U.S. Navy Seal Lt. Michael Murphy, who died heroically in the line of duty Afghanistan on June 28, 2005. The workout is kicked off by a 1-mile run. Followed by 600 reps: 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, and 300 air squats.

This Memorial Day, Brittany Ritchie is completing the Murph challenge to honor fallen service members.
Her goal is to raise $600- one dollar for every rep- to support veterans and their families.
