Effective as of January 5, 2026​

 

1. Eligibility: Participation in the AWP Champion Program is limited to individuals who are eighteen (18) years of age or older.

2. Purpose of the Program: The AWP Champion Program exists solely to promote awareness of America’s Warrior Partnership (AWP) and connect veterans and families to trusted support resources.

3. No External Solicitation: The program, its materials, tools, branding, or contact lists may not be used for any personal, political, commercial, or organizational solicitation outside of the AWP Champion Program.

4. Independent Participants: Champions are not employees, contractors, agents, or volunteers of AWP and may not represent themselves as acting on behalf of AWP except as expressly authorized within the program.

5. Information Sharing Within the Program: Contact information of individuals recruited into the program may be shared with the Champion who referred them for the limited purpose of program engagement, coordination, and reporting.

6. Appropriate Conduct: Champions agree to act professionally, ethically, and respectfully, and to uphold the mission, reputation, and values of America’s Warrior Partnership at all times while participating in the program.

7. Use of AWP Materials: All AWP-provided materials, messaging, trademarks, and logos may only be used as directed and solely in connection with approved Champion activities.

8. Privacy & Data Protection: Champions must safeguard any personal information received through the program and may not distribute, sell, or misuse such information outside the scope of program participation.

9. Program Modification or Removal: AWP reserves the right to modify the Champion Program, its requirements, or these Terms & Conditions, or to remove any participant from the program at its sole discretion.

10. No Guaranteed Benefits: Participation in the program does not create entitlement to compensation, benefits, recognition, or continued participation and may be ended by either party at any time.

11. No Liability: AWP is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Program. Participants assume all responsibility for their activities conducted outside of AWP-directed actions.
