Program Lead of Panhandle Warrior Partnership
Keith Manley currently serves as Program Lead of the Florida Panhandle Warrior Partnership program, supporting the community and the veterans served through the America’s Warrior Partnership Community Integration Model.
Throughout a robust career in the United States military, he retired as an Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) Technician, having deployed to Southwest Asia, Europe, and Central America in combat and humanitarian missions. He has spent much of his civilian career in project and program management, business development, and training. Keith is an Alumni of Troy University where he received a B.S. in Business Resource Management.
After raising five children, he and his wife live on the Florida Gulf Coast and spend their free time trail running, recreational SCUBA diving, and volunteering in the community.
